Typically, we ship out within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. We will provide you with an email notification once the item is shipped to include the shipper's tracking number. Utilize the tracking number to determine the expected delivery date.

How do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

These are shipped as USPS domestic orders. Once you enter the address for the shipping information the USPS shipping option will come up for you!
How will my order be packaged?

We take great care in packaging every EleryB order to ensure it arrives beautifully and securely—whether it's a personal treat or a heartfelt gift.

For EleryB bundles (towel + washcloths) or the EleryB towel:

  • Your item(s) are first enclosed in a protective plastic bag.
  • They’re then placed inside our signature keepsake box—designed to impress and perfect for gifting.
  • If you’ve added a gift greeting card, it will be tucked inside the keepsake box for a thoughtful and exciting unboxing experience.
  • The keepsake box is then placed inside a sturdy cardboard shipping box with protective bubble wrap for safe carrier delivery.

For washcloth-only purchases:

  • Washcloths are enclosed in a protective plastic bag and shipped in a durable poly mailer.
  • If a gift greeting card was included, it will arrive in a protective cardboard envelope inside the poly mailer—adding a delightful touch to the opening experience.
ITEM CARE
How should I wash the towel?

Wash your towel at a warm temperature using a fabric detergent and if desired, fabric softener of your choice. Dry towel on a low-medium heat setting.

Tip: Adding a dry towel to the dryer can help speed up the drying process.
How often should I wash the towel?

Your baby is clean after a bath so washing the towel after each use is not needed. Wash towel as part of your normal washing routine.
My baby has an eye infection. How often should I wash the towel?

If your baby has an eye infection, be sure to wash the towel after each use. This will help to keep the towel sanitary and reduce the risk of cross-contamination.
My towel has a raised or snagged fabric loop. What should I do?

Occasionally, a raised or snagged loop may appear in the fabric. This is normal and not a defect. Simply snip the loop close to the surface with sharp scissors. No threads will unravel, and the integrity of the product remains perfectly intact. It’s a quick fix that restores the smooth finish, with no visible difference.
ITEM USE
I just received my towel. How do I use it?

For infant use: Before the bath, lay the towel near the bathing area. The lobe with two flaps is the headpiece. After a bath, lay the baby on the towel and swaddle the child by folding the bottom lobe up and the two side lobes across the baby. The headpiece can be utilized to keep the child's head warm, or the flaps can be pushed aside as needed.

For toddler use: Place the towel near the bathing area. When the child steps out of the tub, place the two-flap headpiece on the child's head. Allow the child to use the side hand flaps to draw the towel across the body to self-dry.

Never leave children unattended.
